MetaMould AGI and Smart Cities

This presentation introduces MetaMould AGI as a structure-first intelligence framework for future smart cities. It argues that current AI can process data but often fails to understand the city’s deeper “heartbeat”: human needs, resource flows, social belonging, and long-term urban transformation. MetaMould proposes a Genesis Framework built on Be, Being, Belonging, and Becoming, enabling AI to organize civic complexity before applying downstream models such as ChatGPT. Applied to smart cities, the framework aims to improve resource allocation, reduce cost, raise citizen satisfaction, and support ethical decision-making through iAct gates that process, evaluate, validate, and adjust actions. The presentation positions MetaMould as a bridge between automation and humane urban governance, where technology supports residents rather than replacing judgment. Its central message is that the next generation of AI-enabled cities must harmonize innovation, efficiency, ethics, and human imagination to unlock transformative civic potential for inclusive, resilient, and adaptive urban futures worldwide.
