Consent to Terms

By activating a BC-AD.com membership, you agree to comply with BC-AD.com's Terms of Service. If any third party brings a claim, lawsuit, or other proceeding against BC-AD.com based on your conduct or use of BC-AD.com materials, you agree to compensate BC-AD.com (including its officers, directors, employees, and agents) for any and all losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses, including attorney's fees, incurred by BC-AD.com in connection with any such claim, lawsuit, or proceeding. BC-AD.com is the final arbiter of how one IS and IS NOT allowed to use our images. Further, BC-AD.com reserves the right to modify or remove anything submitted to BC-AD.com, and to cancel any membership, at any time for any reason, without prior notice. BC-AD.com is not obliged to maintain backup copies of any material submitted to us. Actions or activities that may cause termination of your membership include, but are not limited to:

Using in the registration of your BC-AD.com membership an email account that is not your own or that is or becomes inactive.
Requesting a chargeback, or otherwise causing payment for a BC-AD.com membership to be stopped or rescinded (this is obviously not applicable to any "free" or "trial" memberships).
ArtToday.com, Inc. reserves the right to monitor and to investigate any complaints regarding the use of any BC-AD.com images, and to take appropriate action if it finds violations of these Terms of Service.

USE OF CUSTOMER INFORMATION
The customer information that you submit to BC-AD.com remains your property, but by submitting that information to BC-AD.com you grant BC-AD.com the right to use that information for internal marketing to members. We do not sell your name without your consent. In addition, BC-AD.com reserves the right to release current or past member information in the event BC-AD.com believes that the membership is being or has been used in violation of the Terms of Service or to commit unlawful acts, if the information is subpoenaed, or when BC-AD.com deems it necessary or appropriate. By agreeing to the conditions of these Terms of Service, you hereby consent to disclosure of any record or communication to any third party when BC-AD.com, in its sole discretion, determines the disclosure to be appropriate.
